Finishing up the restoration I did on a Tokheim 300 and only have to put the metal signs on the doors. That is my question the signs are flat while the doors are slightly curved. What do you guys do to get the signs to lay flat on the doors?

Most original and porcelain repro signs will bend enough to fit a Tokheim 300 door. Place sign where you want it, mark the hole locations, drill and use #8 sheet metal stainless steel screws to attach. Or, you can use #8 machine bolts through the doors. Either way, the signs will fit. Paul www.severngaspumps.com

As Paul said... sign will bend on its own when you tighten it. Place masking or painters tape on both sides of the metal before you drill the holes, it helps keep paint from chipping too bad on your pump.
