Hey guys,

Saw this pop up in my area, and am not all that familiar with it. 42" single sided, not great condition but presentable.

First question, does it look real to you? I know this sign exists, but my research shows a few variations

Second question, what's the value in this shape? Any insight is greatly appreciated as always. Still learning

sign looks legit- there are 3 variations of this sign-added pictures of mine too compare single sided
condition: too be desired, value 300.+
always buy quality even if you pay too much
this sign would be worth buying if you could buy it right .. ... cool

Guy is asking $725, seemed high to me but then again I couldn't find many comps online. Always good to get the forums opinion, I'm sure I could spend $725 on something of higher quality

Or I just didn't research well, been a long day lol. Found a few sale records online in the $700 range which I'm sure is where his price comes from
