It was an exciting three days. Thursday the auction got under way at 10 a.m. with a filled hall and all items on display around the room. Internet bidding seemed to be high and Internet bids took a good amount of the wins. Aumann auctions did a superb job. I got only two items but stayed the entire auction. Lonnie Hop took home a good number of globes. I will post pictures later as I need to use a high speed connection.
The bash was a blast and by Friday there were about 55 vendors which was large for this show. I found some new treasures from vendors that never sold there before. I didn't get a chance to take the quality pictures I wanted as there was to much action in my own booth Friday and too many people in the way. A great way to end the bash season. I will post pictures on the bash also when I get hooked up to the high speed connection. Turlock Bob is the only other old gas member I saw taking pictures.

Rolled in a couple of hours ago. The auction was LOADS of fun (especially when you get the items that you hoped you would get!) The weather cooperated for the most part, a little chilly Sat. A.M. but other than that everything went smooth. It was nice to hear alot of "Thank You's" from the vendors & friends of ours. Fred & Joyce open up their place for the fun of it & I help run it for the same reason. Probably only one bash next year, I'll keep you posted.

The Texaco keyhole belonged to Richard Hobbs and he is from SOCAL. Don't remember price but flawless. Ted

Can anyone please tell me who was selling the Valley Brew tin beer sign that is
pictured in a photo near the bottom of page 1 of this thread?
It's sitting on a table in front of a one-piece white & red Shell globe.

Hi all, We had a great time!!! It was fun to be the newbies in town!! Also, we caught a bit of the gas and oil bug and just picked up 2 new gas pumps, a Richfield Eagle weathervane, and a few other odds and ends!! I already listed them on Ebay, so I'll post a link in the appropriate forum if anyone wants to see...
