This is the first time that I have used this thread because I just don't know the value.

A good friend of mine who recently started to collect gas and oil wants to buy this from me. I think I know what a fair value would be but just want to be fair to him and me so any thoughts from you guys would be appreciated. If he does not buy it, it will not be for sale. This is the worst side, the back is in better condition.

Please PM me with your thoughts so we keep this info in our community.

I am not an expert, but if that frame is original (assume it is) I would think that would add a chunk of change to the value. Very ornate. If the other side is better, I would think you would be north of $1,000.

Thanks Alex, yes the frame is original and I agree with you on it pushing the value. I'm not sure I will sell even if he and I can find common ground. I just really like this combo together.

Thanks Randy, I've over the past few years been developing an appreciation for as found if similar condition as this sign. I longer do restorations on my pumps and have over the past couple of years have done rust-o's only. I have shared with my friend that I posted here so he is following with interest as me. Thanks for your input. Les
