On my in line 6-223 cubic inch engine,always oil spots on the garage floor.Took the draft tube off,cut it down,turned it UP with a breather cap on it,seems to cure the problem.

Will that work? The tube is supposed to hang down so the air passing by will create a vacuum to vent out the motor. You should remove it completely and install a PVC system. I had to due that to an old truck because it would not pass smog with the draft tube (still had to smog on a transfer back then).

Not sure Matt,thought I would try it before going the PCV route.Both the oil filler cap and the one on the draft tube are vented,your opinion?
