from what i have learned from cans/prints/signage... i believe this is the earliest one of the three... (and i would say your first pic would be next, followed by third pic being the latest)

my earliest cans and a very early wooden sign all use this logo as well:

I"m not a Cities expert, but I would say this photo supports Bryce's claim that the unframed logo is the oldest.

According to the Guide To Gasoline Logos by Wayne Henderson and Scott Benjamin, the logo in Randy's first picture was used between 1932 - 1934. The logo in Randy's third picture was used between 1932 - 1946. The logo in Randy's second picture looks like the one used between 1914 - 1932, although the logo in the Guide has a circle around the whole logo that isn't on the can.
