Just received this Sinclair gasoline pump plate and was wondering what all of you think. I don’t have much experience. Looks similar to the authentic ones I have seen here on the forums. Thanks for any help.

It looks like one of the fake ones, There is a great thread from about 2-3 years ago explaining the how the shape of the "r" is wrong. But I can't find it for some darn reason!! Plus, what is going on with the porcelain runs??

I agree with Steve, unfortunately it appears to be one of the fake ones. Try to get your money back from whomever you bought it from.

Green is too dark and no stamp on the lower backside. I have seen repops with the stamp on the backside, but they were dead center. Originals are always on the bottom and slanted IMO

Thanks for the info. At least I can say I learned something today. I see the subtle differences now.

The R is not finished on the repops. Easiest way to see!
Thanks Mike
