This is a beauty. It's a 1920's-vintage, WEED TIRE CHAINS Sales Display. The sign is two-sided, and in very good condition. The frame is painted green. The stand measures 19" wide by 37" high. I have two glass inserts for the shelves that will go with the stand. I used this piece as a display stand for smaller cans in my collection.
