Hi, Im working on a new project, an Erie pump restoration and Id like to do it with Golden Eagle graphics. Golden Eagle was a brand out west, think they had about twenty stations from 1930 to 1950s.
I'm looking for the a decent resolution image so I can make a decal for the gas pump resto I'm doing. Golden Eagle used several different style Eagles over the years, I'm looking for one in particular style which I'll show below. It's more detailed than the "newer" graphics they used in the 1950s.
My email is pbell0000@aol.com if you have anything you can send over. Thanks! Paul

Yeah, Ultramar was out of Canada and was linked to Golden Eagle Ltd out of England and Caminol/Beacon out of the US. Would the matchbooks work?
Looking for Michelin items + NJ oil company related items (Mohawk, Guardian, Whiz, etc) + animal-related petroliana + Gargoyle/Shell/Sinclair items

Thanks Chad! I saw there was some matchbooks out there. Detail is a little low but biggest problem not the same design unfortunately! The wings are spread out more on the one I'm after. I know its picky but like to get it right if possible.
Just glanced in Scott Benjamins book, there is a 15" globe in there ,rarity of 5 (less than 10 out there) that has the right design. So far Ive seen it on lighters, pump decals, and now this globe. Just cant seem to find a non-fuzzy image.

The wings are up higher on the matchbooks. But cool graphics.

Thanks Sid! Seen those cans and signs, little different, but not a bad option. I think they used this logo in the 1950s. The one I'm after has more shading and the wings are wide open.

While searching for this found some interesting pictures and old newspaper articles I'll share here....
they had "V-Gas", which was apparently there victory gasoline during WWII.

How about a Super Film oil can. You could reverse the image.
