Hello,
It has been a long time since I logged on, but I am getting back in the scene a little. Really my only purchase of note is the reason for this post. My grandfather owned a Gulf station back in the 60s, and long story short I was finally able to get my hands on one of the actual pumps from the station, albeit at auction from a family member. Anyways, it is a Bennett 748 dated 1967. Someone, maybe while still in service, replaced the glass pieces with plastic, either way I would like the glass pieces to put in. Also, it is missing the corner strips, I think they were polished stainless oe aluminum, not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

...I think the glass on that model is flat - if so, any framing or glass shop should be able to cut glass for you...post a photo of your pump, and I can tell you for sure...

Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...
