I inherited this sign and some other Skelly items. The sign was used at the corp. meetings and conventions at the entrance, it bolts to a purpose built stand with the ballast inside, then they painted the base gold and applied glitter. Sign has glitter border all the way around it, stands over 9 feet. Color is awesome due to never being outside. Looking for a value. Thks for the help in advance. Kevin
