I am starting a restore a bennett visible lubester. My question is how to get to the nuts in the tank that hold the pump on.The screen over the flap hole seems to be attached or fastened in hole but that is the only access I see to the inside. any info would be great

Screen shouldn’t be fastened...should pop out. Then reach in for access to nuts. If you post a pic that would help but unless something weird is going on that screen should come right out.

Here are two photos of the screen. It appears to be saudered in. If I damage it taking it out, is it easy to replace? This one measures approx 4 3/8 to 4 1/2 inches.

Don the screen is sawdered in, but the piece it is attached to should lift out. Looks like it is rusted in. Put a little penetrating oil on it and try it tomorrow. Richard

Here is what your screen would look like when removed. Its just stuck in there!
