Searching around and ran across a post so decided to register. Im a woodworker by hobby but do have a few small collections of different things. Lately i have started a collection of home oil lubricant cans the type from petroleum companies and others like 3n1 and Liquid Wrench usually they come in 4 oz with a small lead or plastic spout with cap. Anyways, I was wondering if any of the cans I have seen that say they are New Old Stock (NOS) can be repro? I also would like to find a book or internet site that talks about the collection of these types of lubricant cans to learn what to look for. There are a few on ebay I would like to purchase but just want to make sure they are not repro. I dont see why anyone would repro such a small can but you never know. Thanks for reading, hope everyone has a great week.

Hi Jack ( don't say that in an airport, long story)- Welcome to the site. Some fakes out there- paper labels and "wraps". Feel free to ask here before buying.
Looking for photos, etc from 60s era Shell-A-Rama gas station and Pal's Diner, Rt. 17 Mahwah, NJ & US or state highway signs, shields, route markers
