I picked up this traffic signal however I can’t find any identifiable markings on it. Anyone know who makes this signal, or the approximate value?

Look inside on the top or inside markings.

The only thing I could find was PKC 136 in the corner on the inside of the top and the base had PKC 139. I don’t care about the value as I intend to restore it and hang it, but I would like to know more about it.
It has 5 Adler lenses with it (which I just recently read about) three yellow and two green. I put one yellow on eBay, I would like to try and find a couple of red ones so I would have two sets.

The lenses are off for sure, but the pattern of the light shade mount is pretty specific. I believe that I have some shades for that model. Do you have the shades ?

OH man, just used up 8 of them and the others that I had a lot of were for the mounts to the shade part. I only have two new ones left. Had a bunch made up a couple of years ago. Cheaper by the dozen for sure. Sorry

So who makes the signal that I have? Is it all yellow? The main part and base all have dark green paint under the yellow but the top is all yellow down to the metal. I would like to restore back to original if possible

Craig, those are really nice. Do you remember where you had them made?

Eagle signal with some Adler lenses in it. The Adlers are the ones with the lines through them and were to assist color blind drivers with understanding the new traffic signals as they showed up around the country. The red Adler, when installed in the correct orientation has a horizontal line across it. The yellow Adler's line when installed is diagonal. The green line is vertical when installed correctly.
