Not sure of the actual name... looking to buy a bubble block off cap that was put in place of a globe on a visible gas pump when no globe was in use. See attached pic for reference.

If you can't find a better one I have this one available. Looks ok from the outside just pitting in the metal but someone really muckypucked the inside.

What was the cause for the body filler? Did it appear to have pinholes?
