Hey, Good Afternoon

I haven't posted on here in a good while. I have a question about a sign that I recently acquired. It was sold to me as being an old, non-reproduction sign. The thing is, it looks so good that I'm having trouble believing that it is really old. I've done some preliminary internet surfing to see if I can find one like it, but I'm not having much luck.

It measures 18" x 36". Logo announces "The Gray Line". All I know about TGL is that its an old bus line that is apparently still in business in some areas of the country. That's all I know.

So, is this sign a repop or an old original sign?

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Good question, what does the back look like? Price could be a factor on old or repop.

Well, I did pay up for it - I'm sure hoping it's original - it just looks so good that I'm wondering about it. Supposedly a stack of these were found still wrapped in some sort of brownish paper. Here's a couple of shots of the back.

Looks like an old one, and not too many people interested in a Grey line sign to make a repo of it.

From what I can see those grommets look authentically old. I say the sign is good!

That’s a twofer for authentic. I’m smiling - thank you.
