I have been going to this show for several years and look forward to seeing many old friends after having missed the last two years due to health issues and show cancelation. Unfortunately I will be limiting in the number of pumps I’m willing to load and haul to 2 or 3 due to a lack of help this year. Please let me know if your going to the show and if you are interested in any of the pumps listed below:

2 - Erie 129B (Gulf Oil Pumps)
2 - Tokhiem 39 short (Hinged doors, one with ad glass and one with out ad glass. Both pumps missing one door.)
2 - Gilbarco 96
1 - Erie 843
1 - Bennett 956
1- Bennett 748
1 - Wayne 100
1 - Tokheim 36 (Top is reproduction plastic)
1 - Erie 91
Always looking to buy clockface pumps and/or pumps with external visi gauges.
Thank you,
Marshall

I should have noted that all pumps are solid with only some surface rust. No holes or easily noticeable dents. Pictures available upon request.

Dealer was asking $1000 for this gargoyle lollipop, minus the stand. When I walked by after snapping the pic he had sold it.

I made a conscious decision NOT to bring my van in case a situation like this came up. My favorite non Mobil sign, the colors were amazing. Super nice guy from Maine selling it as well.

A great show right in my back yard. If your a dealer or buyer you should add this one to your list. John Mancino, who runs the show, is a great guy and I have developed a number of lasting friendships with the dealers.

KlockKing,

Thanks for letting me know that the sign was not there on Friday! So, maybe it showed up on Saturday?

Or, does anyone know who may have bought it?

Thanks again,
David

Hi David, not sure on that Indian sign. Try contacting John the show promoter, "Gas Stuff" on this site.

Here is a flattened/thin Pegasus-- this is the larger version and is probably 5 1/2 feet measured side to side. They must have made a ton of the smaller horses in the range of 4 foot measured across vs these. For the smaller version you'll see them time to time with the thin (1/4 inch?) blue border around the perimeter of the horse. They made that 4' bordered horse for I believe 2 years only, from 1932-34, but dont quote me on the years.

This seller and I both said it at the same time, the cookie cutter Pegasus signs get all the attention. In my opinion, these thin signs present just as well, and this was a great example. Would have loved to give this sign a ride to my garage from the show.
