Hello everyone, thank you all for another good month. We didn’t have as much participation, but those southwest pumps are hard to find. I really appreciate all of you guys posting and having conversations on these POTM posts. For the month of June I am picking Wayne 70 models. These pumps are pretty basic and simple, but are very beautiful pumps. This POTM (Pump Of The Month) with include the following model numbers.

Manufacturing dates: 1937-1948

Wayne 70-C: computer
Wayne 70: computer, 4 ad glass, 2 ad glass, no ad glass, ad glass above face, ad glass above sight glass.
Wayne 876: clockface
Wayne 876: non-computing
Wayne 70-T: Tydol pump
Wayne 71: display pump
Wayne 577-R: outside sight glass
Wayne 72-R: aka the Firestone pump

This POTM includes ONLY the models listed above. As always please let me know if I missed anything or if I have a model number wrong, wish I had the old Jack Sim book. Since I do not have any of these Wayne 70 models, here is a picture of my great uncles station in my dads hometown back in the day. Would love to someday buy this station back and put a 39 and 70 out front again. Thank you all for everything and enjoy this month of June!

A couple of large cast windowed 79's. Every large cast windowed pump I have found had a brass tag saying they were made in the West coast plant. Richard

The guard around the nozzle rest is to keep the hose from getting caught on the rest.
