Lately I found myself searching for vids of visible gas pumps
Not many out there
I watch resto vids of other types(not gas pumps). And most are broke down is series. That are bout 30 mins long each
Would make for some nice you tube content to see pumps brought in. Nuts n bolts took apart. Blasting. Bodywork
Ordering/unboxing new parts
And assembly showing the details
Don't have to be a mega high dollors build. As most enjoy the build process it's self

Snap shots here and there during is just not the same thing
I know there is a few on here that enjoy ripping apart and redoing them. Why not set up a tripod when you work on them and show the real work that goes into it?

Before there was You Tube, there was actual experience. Most of us "Old Guys" have learned by doing. Trial and error are lessons never forgotten. You have to figure out a problem then decide the best way to resolve it. I realize that there are guys who would rather have a photographed instruction tutorial but, where is the fun in that? I prefer doing to filming. Just me talking. Paul www.severngaspumps.com

That being said there is thousands like me that like to kill time watching something being redone/built
