The Aetna patch is technically not a buy of the week, as this was gifted to me by Mark8216 (who knew I had been looking for one!). This is what I like the best about this site, collectors helping other collectors.

I attended the Roy and Don’s gas bash show plus Pomona Swap this past weekend. I had a fun time but also worked very hard selling 13 gas pumps . This is the only thing I purchased for myself. I also produced a new YouTube video amongst all the craziness!
