Meter seems to be complete and all there. Meter has the bottom cup for a pedestal mount meter. The wheel does turn slightly but I’ve not been into it to inspect it. I do have a video. I have a few extra parts to go with it. I have an original wall mount base and original black plastic face and a repo chrome set. $1200 shipped.
