I think I've seen this before, and forgive me if this has been asked before, but what is this logo? What company? It is hard to tell but it says "Ethyl 99"

Amazing where stuff gets to. Purity was a Western Canadian Co. from the 1930s and was swallowed up by BA Oil in 1963.

A brand closer to you by Lakeside Refining of Kalamazoo but one digit off was there X-Cel Ethyl grade was 98.
