Tech tip. I just bought a Wayne 80. I wasn't satisfied with how tight the doors closed against the body. I used a grinder on washers and made a shim. I pushed the spring loaded t-bar that rotates to hold the door closed and installed the shim washer. This made the door closer to the body. Hope this simple tip helps. I think this site should have more "Tech Tips". Not everybody has been around long enough to "know everything" and sometimes it's interesting to find out how some things work or can be fixed/improved or made easier. Bob

I usually re-bend the t mech ears back towards the inside of the pump with a vise grip. It snugs the doors up everytime. Paul www.severngaspumps.com
