Antique Child's Cow Horn & Hide Chair. Former owner told me his grandfather purchased this a few decades ago.
Measures 22 inches tall about just over a foot wide. Definitely an interesting conversation piece.
Shipping is Priority or UPS, whatever is cheaper for the buyer.

This looks like my grandfather's work.
He made cow horn items and furniture back in the 50' thru the 70's out of Kansas.
I have a few small pieces - but nothing this big.
Cool piece.
