I have a dual tank IMPERIAL CAR BAR with 2-60 gallon tanks. This 4 tank unit is model #4389 the ad I have dates it 1929. Looks like the unit shown has 3-30 gallon tanks and 1-40 gallon.
This is only the 2nd one I have seen there is a door that pulls down that seals and locks.It also has a ceramic light fixture under the top that lights up the area and globe.I will post pictures when I get a chance.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE GLOBE (HYP*WER )ON THE CAR BAR READS AND WHAT COMPANY IT IS FROM?

The HypOwer globe is Hyvis oils, The O in Hypower actually says oil. I'm going to restore it in Hyvis colors

A guy hear in town just came up with the same thing actualy it came from canon city CO. He sold it for whatever the book price in Jacks book says. I cant rember 1200 or 1800? It was in a littel better shape still in orrignal phillips paint, but didnt have the killer globe on it. Exelent find!!
