Well I finished my fourth pump, but I took a different direction this time around. My 4 1/2 year old daughter loves our other gas pumps and has been wanting her own pink one for her room. I got a crazy idea...PRINCESS GASOLINE. If Disney had a gasoline brand in the late 50's, this would be it, at leat in my daughter's eyes. Hope you enjoy. ~Jason

BTW - Thanks to those of you who helped me out with advice on decals and the globe. You know who you are.

That is awesome, Looks fantastic. Hey send me that nozzle and I'll use that for the polishing article. It is perfect and as nice as that pump is you need something shiny so your princess can see herself and always see the bright side. hahahaha

Rachael is obviously the light of your life... That's the way it is between Dads and Daughters. Enjoy and savor every moment..as you are doing now. They grow up way too fast.. But, they are always Daddys little girl.

Frank said it perfectly. There will be ups and downs in your father/daughter relationship over the years, but she will always remember your love and hard work that went into that special pump.

Beautiful pump, Jason!!! Would like to have seen her priceless expression on her face as she saw it finished for the first time. I know you'll always treasure your relationship with your daughter.

Thanks guys for all the comments. I wasn't quite sure how this one would go over. Princess and gaspumps usually don't go together, but my daughter just loves it. I hope she treasures it forever. I hope I didn't create too much work for you Scott and Jeff. You know you're going to have to do one for your little girls now. Our kids are definetly the highlight of our lives. Now I have to think of a brand for my little boy to go in his room...I'll do a real brand for him though. ~Jason

Don, Thanks for sticking around. I hope that veeder root comes in handy. I didn't see any pumps available and the rain didn't seem to be letting up, so we decided to go. Hopefully the weather holds up for next year and we can talk more. That wayne 50 display pump is awesome. You lucked out on that one. Congrats. ~Jason

What a great idea. Maybe I can resore an old Tok 39 to my son's favorite sports team. He was a Yankee fan about a week ago, but I swore I saw hime this morning donning a Red Sox baseball cap.
