alright heres a pic of a 36B that should be done but its so ugly! i just ignore it now. ive got many many hours in it, inside & out & the work is very nice. i used white epoxy primer cleared for the sides. (it makes a nice bright white) & dodge viper red. the blue is some fleet color. - in my brain i had the color combo figured out. i couldnt paint it a dark red as my other bright red pumps would smother it, if it ended up next to them. i thought id kill the brightness with darker blue trim. or i do alot of pinstriping & id load it heavy on the pinstripes. or someone give me some ideas!!! without paintin the whole thing. concept paint on it now big $$$! original plans were to take the back off (in the future.)and put it on the front of another 36 i have & paint it opposite so i had 2 showcases exposed. an ol red crown was goin on it. but im open. pic. is brighter than actual. whats it need without paintin the whole thing???

Dick, aren't you over your limit on the 36B tops?? Be careful of the Pump Warden (Department of Fun & Games& Collections) he will give you a fine and take your truck away. I had a nice pink one went with my 36 sightglass model, might be one you missed, LOL ....DODOgas

told ya it was ugly. not so bright in these pics. but it is gawdy lookin in person! its got the plain cheap look! when i put on the front sheetmetal i went into shock. yuck!!! i pulled up a chair sat & stared at it awhile in disbelief!!! hahahahaa i mixed up a little darker blue tonight for the trim. and i decided to paint the top white. it was such a nice original never painted pump. the only changes were a few pieces of new glass, the faces, inspection doors, tokheim nameplates and paint. i hammered & dollied all the trim spears out. tap tap tap file file file. almost every original bolt was reused also. so much time in it, inside & out. i screwed up! & it became ugly as sin!!! hahahahahaaaaaaa the ol lady took a look at it & said whooooa!!!! hahahahaha ill fix it & repost a pic.

oh hey does anyone know how the light switch on these 36Bs are? i have 2 & both have knobs that stick out at an angle. was this to clear the hose? or were both mine just bent? oh yea i also changed the light switch lever with a stainless 1/4 rod that came out straight, with a cool brass knob. still hooked to the original switch.
