......"Here is a Tok 36B that I recently restored for a local car buff in Wilder, ID. All the elec was gone when I got the pump, so had to fabricate the whole elec system with 1/2" pipe and porcelain sockets, worked just fine. The paint is base coat/clear coat, with the pin striping also paint, not tape. The green color on the pump is my own mixture. All the bolts/screws on the outside of the pump are polished stainless steel. Globe is an orig 15" with two new POLLY lenses. All the stainless steel strips at the botton front and sides are also new. Top has 5 lights so it lights up just fine. New custom-cut 9.5' white hose with orig polished TOKHEIM nozzle. Dials turn freely. Has 9.9 original porcelain faces. The top, all four panels and base are original, as well as both face bezel frames. Would like some comments or thoughts from some of you more seasoned pros...Thanks for looking, Warren (SWABBY)

Great-looking pump Warren!! Is there a reason you went with Tok. 39 faceplates as opposed to 36B? They look nice, but don't allow you to use the stairstep faceplate trim. Anyways, certainly a different look. Keep it up!

On the 36B faces, I got the pump with the porcelain 39 faces. The faces were shot, so got a really nice set from Tom Buckles. Owner wanted to stay with the faces that came on the pump...I have another 36B that am gonna restore the same...tks Warren

ROCCO2...On the lights, I have another 36B that only has 3 lights. One on front and back to light the face area, the other is just above the cast iron top that lights the ad glass area on the top. There is nothing to light up the globe. I modified /removed the single light fixture from the top and put in a 1/2" 4-way coupler. Now I have 2 lights in the ad glass area. I then put a 6" nipple going up to the globe with another porcelain socket and bulb. Works great...I hope I have explained this right so you can understand it.......Joe..You do see a 35 in the background...The fellow I restored this for has over 1M in old cars of 30-40-50's..Tks for input/comments...Warren
