Hi, I am new to the thread and hoping to use this thread to gain knowledge. I enjoy restoring old cars and all cool signs, pumps, etc associated with petroliana. I am currently restoring 2 Tokheim 39 tall pumps to place outside my garage. Mostly I am hoping to pick your brains to help figure out what I'm doing. I'm assuming there is a way to search the old forums so I won't have to ask any questions that have already been asked a dozen other times.

Welcome to Oldgas! You can search old posts by using the window directly below the Primarily Petroliana header at the top. Type your topic in the "Enhanced by Google" field and click the Search Oldgas.com button next to it.

Seems like I’m having problems using the search box with my phone. I’ve tried searching about porcelain gas pumps but when I hit the search Oldgas button it takes me to a new page for Google. Am I doing something wrong or should I try searching from other than on my phone?

I typed the word "porcelain" in the search box and had over 179,000 hits. Try using your PC instead of your phone if you are having troubles with your phone.

Another way to search old threads on this forum is to click on the little magnifying glass icon on the upper right side of forum pages in the menu bar. After clicking the icon, click the text to choose "Advance Search" to get a powerful search tool.
