While not license toppers these license plate frames were unique advertising for the Mobilgas Economy Runs and were given only to the participants. The 1955 and 1957 license plate frames were given to participant Arden Viersen, a long time Mobil employee who participated in these “Economy Runs”. The pictures were provided by his son, Phil Viersen of Ashburn, Virginia. The 1954 is from my collection.

i forgot i had this Sinclair topper.......Its from Bertins Service Station, Westfield High......Its Copyright date is 1935 & made by Erickson, Des Moines.......I believe it may be from Wisconsin, but not sure.........Its 4.75" & concaved...there is a scrap on the H in High however i believe its nos.......I'm also putting this in the for sale section......... ------------------ http://www.roadrelics.com
