TOKHEIM VAC EXTRACTOR [made by THE TOKHEIM COMPANY, AFTER J.J. TOKHEIM sold the TOKHEIM PUMP COMPANY]. It was used to pump the water and debris out of fuel tanks, let it settle, drain water & crud into a bucket, then return fuel back to tank. I have an earlier one & one like this. The box on the later one is put together with phillip screws, so I think it is 1940's, [maybe later].
I have a glass cylinder that I've been trying to figure out what it goes on. Similiar to this one, but it steps down from about 9" to About 7". Dick, does your other pump have a glass like that?
