Hey Scott, just wanted to say how cool that Phillips 66 stuff is! I love that company, well, actually I love them all, but that 66 stuff makes my "wickey wackey".

Here's some Bug-A-Boo cans and bottles from Socony-Vacuum. The small can at left in the 2nd photo is interesting.....it's a closet hanger and has the same brand and graphics but was made by Judson Dunaway Corp. and NOT Socony-Vacuum. The can's dated 1956, which makes me think S-V must have sold the brand name before 1956. If so, that would date all the other items to before 1956.

Here's two half-pint cans of "Kilsect" that are marked Standard Oil Company of New York. The one on the left has all the writing in Turkish (?), while the writing on the other is French and Greek (?).

I wish we could start "COTW" all over again since you BIG timers know how to post pictures. Just kidding. I really appreciate the support everyone has given me on this weekly thread. I hate to see it coming to an end.

It took me awhile to look at these pics since I really don't care for insecticide/farm stuff. But what a great surprise when I did look. Wonderful graffics on some of these cans! And I didn't even know of "Phillips 44" items (or never paid any attention). Super COTW. Thanks Scott. Next time just take a 2x4 up against my head to get my attention.
