Thanks for posting that Scott. This is my one and only thermometer. I picked it up to use in my snake room, I thought it would be better than one from walmart! Does anyone know anything about it? When it would have been made? value?
I remember the good old days when gold was worth more than rust!

This is an old and original wood thermometer advertising "General Petroleum" It's like mint condition. I found it at some La de da antique show that my wife drug me to. You know the type.
