Was watching the football game on the boob tube this afternooon and the fone rings,irritating little device. Some of my distant relation is on the other end and says"Hey Terry I was out to the recycling place today and there is 2 old gas pumps out there,do you want them?" Wow! Get the remote,hit that off button and talk about this! NOW! To shorten this up I will pick them up Wed morning. He said they are spoken for in my name and I'll met you there with help to load them. Santa Claus is alive and well.More to come on Wed. Did da Bears win?

Arrived at the recycling center as it opened this AM,helpers arrived on time.Ole Santa had worked overtime,there were 4 pumps laying there! One late model T pump and 3 A O Smith L3s. Two of them are parts only and 2 of the L3s are restorable,enough to get 2 nice L3s done. Have to make another trip in a couple days to finish the job. A pretty fair Xmas present. Then I found out a retired oil dealer threw them out and he has more stuff..............later.I will track him down after Xmas.
