I have never heard of one (that does not mean much) Clock mechs are hard to find and you should be able to fit it into another pump that is missing the mech.
Cool find, now just load up the 851 and head north to Parker. Your dad knows the way. I will leave the garage open, put it anywhere :-)

I believe the Keystone Meter was made by the Pittsburgh Equitable Meter Co. I identified at least one pump made by them in my book. I don't believe there was a Keystone Pump Co. The white area above the Keystone name probably is where the name of the Pump Company was. Jack Sim
