Hey Everyone,

I'm a little late in posting this because last month's FATW was still going strong until this weekend. Now, it's time for a new post, but let's keep this momentum going. There were some great stations posted last month - ones I'd surelike to see in person.

If you would like to contribute to this feature, simply post the pictures here or email them directly to me and I will post them for you. Be sure to include a story or description with your submissions.

If it's too close to the next installment, please note that I may hold your contribution for posting when the new FATW comes up on the 5th day of each month.
Send 'em in!!

Happy trails!

Wes

I don't have a whole lot of pictures myself this month, as the weather here has just now gotten nice enough to make me want to go out on drives. I'm hoping some of you lucky southwesterners will have more spectacular stations to contribute!

Here's one I saw somewhat recently. It's an old porcelain station that's in the process of restoration. Supposedly, it will have pumps, petro items, and old cars. I sure hope they strip the paint off that porcelain! I think it was a Gulf.

This tire place is actually an old 1940s Chevy dealer. There's a bowtie in tile on the floor as you walk inside. The blocked off windows on the left side were once showroom windows. There's a picture of it as a dealership inside - I took a pic but it didn't come out.
