Did some more work in the basement the last few days. Don't think it will ever be officially "done" but I am getting close. First I painted the floor with anti skid paint. May put something else down later but the paint is good for now. Next I did some work on an old stone Sinco sign I picked up last year. It was part of a building, on an outside wall up along the roof line. It had the bottom cracked off so it was put in a cherry wood box, shimmed in and set up on display. Back side of the sign Front side Next I made a second pump island. I thought ahead on this one, wired it up with outlets so I can run the power cords straight down and have them pluged in out of sight under the pumps. Still need to put a new lock on the green pump so the door will stay closed. Getting ready to wire up the red pump with a light manifold I got from Tom Buckles at the Peotone show. It still needs a lot of small stuff. So far I only Jarvised one thing on this project but that is another story....

Our Sinclair station floor was painted green when it was first built. I like the tile idea as well,

That Sinclair tile is beautiful. Nice job Wes on salvaging that item and finding a creative way to display it.
