Dad picked up this old Erie pump this past summer. He had his eye on it for a few years, the guy finally decided he would trade it for a gas boy dad had. Thought we may leave it as found but decided it needed freshening up.

As found on the farm.

We gutted it out and took it to the paint shop last month. They finished it in about 4 weeks

Pick up day at the paint shop. They did a very nice job on it, super shine to it

Putting it back together

Almost done, still needs some minor trim bits. Want to put in Phillips 66 add glasses also

The next project

The pump is orange like in the second picture. We are not sure what color it was originally, I think it was painted at least once since it was new. We got a new sight glass and some trim parts for it from Tom Buckeles. The globe is a dated repo from the Peotone show this past fall. There should be a trim piece on the bottom of the door going up and down, does anyone have a pair for sale? I believe it an Erie 77.

Thanks
