I picked up a Morrison Bros Brass nozzle friday and was wondering what era it may be from and its value. It measures 18 inches long and the spout is 1 inch. Thanks......... What is the best way to clean these brass nozzles ???

I don't think there any way to tell how old your nozzle is. These were still being offered in catalogs in the 50's & 60's.
Here is the company profile, 150yrs. INTERESTING. http://www.morbros.com/Company.htm

They still offer quick opening/shutoff valves [LIKE USED ON VISIBLE PUMPS].

I have six Morrison catalogs that range from 1933 to 1956. If you post a picture of the nozzle, I sure I can tell you something about it.
