SAW THIS IN AN ANTIQUE SHOP YESTERDAY. IT'S ABOUT 15-18" TALL AND APPEARS TO BE FROM THE U.K. IT'S $95 - IS THAT A FAIR PRICE BASED ON WHAT YOU SEE? OR SHOULD I ASK FOR A BETTER PRICE BASED ON THE FACT THAT SALES TAX WILL BE CHARGED?

THANKS!
