Hi Doc,  Here is a picture of the Chevron Aviation sign I picked up.  The gentleman told me he had owned it for over 30 years.  Could you post to BOTW?

Thanks,

It was a "poor" weekend of garage sales for the poor man. Of course I only spent $1.25 for my "big" finds. Must have been everyone getting ready for trick or treat.

Here's a bonus photo of my "Ghostly Gas Station" and some guy named "Clyde" that showed up for our Halloween party. Invited 200 of our closest friends and family for a Halloween Hoedown in our game room and gas station.

"You can trust your car to the man who wears the star, the big bright Texaco star." Hey what else would I dress up in? Happy Halloween!

Here is what i bought at peotone. I got a En-ar-co rocker which isn't bad shape for the money. Screw on base glass body, phillips 66 on gill, shell, KYSO standard oil of ky, farm service shakers, 5 can banks and 5 new capco bodies. Here is a story i need to share. Sometimes when you buy something you need to not worry about the small things like caulk. I lit the globe up and there was caulk... why some one caulked capco lenses on a gill is beyond me. Well i thought i would try to get some of that caulk out with a pocket knife and then i heard the POP. Ouch... i can't post what really come out of my mouth. I ended up breaking one lens from 3 to 5 o'clock and chiped the other. The gill is perfect and has the gillco sticker on it. I put the lenses in one of those capco bodies. The Conoco globe came today from UPS and looks perfect.

Looking for anything from Hoosier Pete, Platolene 500 and Red Bird.
