This is going to be big. this building is going to house a lot stuff, plus they are creating a garage, which is small in comparison

Does anyone out there know the progress of the building supposedly being built to house the Kyle Moore collection?

Heritage park is in calgary if you ever get a chance to go it is worth it. It would compare to a smaller scale henry ford village. The petro stuff has been donated by Mr Ron Carey and had been in a two story barn. The barn was a called gasoline alley and was to be a one year exibit in 1994 but is still on display.

Bringing this bask up to the top

Andre

I hear heritage park opened april fourth? Did you get a sneak preview with the club? I read an article in the paper that said it is 15000 sq feet and has a 150 seat rest theater brew pub ect but they said that ther are 28 gas pumps. I thought they were moving the stuff from burns barn there must be at least 28 pumps there? If you get a chance to pust some pictures that would be great.

Hi Ward. Went down on my own to see, it's 10 minutes from my house. I counted at least 76 pumps, I think I missed a few. there are Interactive thinks to do, It has a resturant. tanker truckes, cars, to much to list. I'll post a few photos right now and then I'm having Easter supper, might get back on later

Thanks Andre

I thought that sounded funny when the article in the paper said 28 pumps. Looks like a beautiful building with lots of restored pumps. I like the fact that it is a year round facility.
