Here is the FULL picture and story.A new pump for Jack's revision a "LOWBOY". Three feet were cut out of the center of the visible and welded back.Rod and Pogo were on the rite track........ Got to be a better way to get the lowboy to fit under the shed,like take the globe off and replace the 10 gallon with a 5 gallon cylinder?? .............. REX LIKES KYSO

That must be one of the original National Enquirer spoofs! Note the shadow from the hose of the shorty. There should be corresponding shadows from everyone/everything else.
