No Bob... it was on ebay... i think some of the other guys were watching at and who every has the jinks now must have broke it.

A couple of globes I picked up in the last week. The ripple didn't slip through the cracks as some had hoped, but it went for a fair price. The 15" metal body has the 7" base used by Standard Oil. I need some 15" Sohio X-70 lenses for it.

...Bill, congrats on the Old Trusty globe - that's a neat one...can't wait to see pics of it in your new garage display....

I never have anything for the "Buys 0f the Week" so when I saw this and the .25 cent price tag I was so proud!!! And it's still full.

Picked up these smalls in the last few weeks. Had never seen the Enco thermometer, the Lion I had seen once before. The Chevron shakers were an upgrade. The Leonard is a salt shaker, need the pepper which is identical or a complete set.


This bank can from the Netherlands. About 3" tall with tapered sides. Very unusual.

Got my first MS 80 Scripttop from Pro/Air(John) in WI. I have wanted one of these for years.

A couple cool cans. The quart cleaned up and is going to DB to get lidded.

Well..its not buy of the week but I finally got it all together and framed..I have been collecting mobil hat badges for awhile in hopes of displaying them in a cool way..I really like the way they came out with the old cloth banner behind them.

Here's a neat Shell porcelain Tokheim Interceptor Tara got on eBay. It should be a fun and easy project, just needs some touchup, cleaning, and polishing (and some plastic Shell pump plates). Date is 1958. Anyone know if they repro the TCP decals?

Here are some Sinclair glasses Tara's been wanting for a while now, with original box too.

Saw those DX lenses and wondered if you would make a go at them. Nice find!

I think those glasses came out about 1990-91 as I bought a set from a staion in Colorado in that time frame.

tara... just don't run them glasses through the dishwasher.. will fade them labels sooner than later...

The glasses should be from 1991 I believe. I wonder if Sinclair will do anything for their 100th... Only 9 years away - I hope they're still around then.

Should have read the box and I would have know 1991 was the actual date. I was just taking a guess.

I knew the glasses weren't old - I just like them. Don't worry, they won't be going through the dishwasher. They'll be for display only, until I get some more to use. I only bid on the interceptor pump because it was an absolute steal and located about 3 hours from my parents' house. Luckily, I have the best dad in the world, and he went to pick it up for us. :-)

Here is the double I found in a barn 8 miles from my house. Complete pump missing no parts, even the nozels are here, and original blue tinted glass etched cylinders, sure is nice to haul something a short distance.
