Thanks men, I appreciate the comments. This is a 41 International K4. K4 is the truck size, this one being a ton and one quarter, which they only made from 1941 to 1944. Being those were war years there are pratically no survivors. This makes it very rare, according to the IH guru of the US, Pappy Vance of Hannibal MO. He is the major seller-repairer-advotcate of these trucks in the good old USA. He has been in business for close to 70 years and he should know his business by now. The tank has a spec plate with date 9-41. This whole rig was built in 1941 and is still intact as original. It was completely restored by me and 2 pro's and probably as good as new. It will be for sale this fall.

Man that is one sweet truck. Great job on the resto. I like the big old trucks too. There is something about them that puts the new ones to shame.

Looks like it's older brother Doc. After the war in 46 IH added the stainless trim to the grill and make the hood ornament bigger to wrap around bottom of hood. Then called them KB's instead of K's. They also put a KB-5 or whatever the truck was just below the rear of the hood on the side. Just a mite more "flashy" but still the same trucks. My dad was a big IH fan and owned serveral of these trucks.
