I am to the stage to rewire of my pump. I will not be including any of the actual motors only the lighting system. The pump has three lights one for the face plates, one for the add glass and one for the globe.

The lights are going to be LED bulbs (California) and are 5watts a piece so very little collective draw.

What size wire would you suggest?

Thanks

Grant

wink If you are going to let the State Of California dictate what size and type bulbs you have to use on an Antique gas Pump restoration............I suggest you move over here to Arizona! cool

Thanks for all the input. I would much rather have you guys provide the input verse the California Commission on Hobby Oversight and Taxation or the Special District on the Restoration of Previously Toxic Stuff and Taxation.

I use 14 guage wire on all my pumps. Easily handles the lighting requirements.
