I'm done with my first full pump Resto-mod and thought I would share.
This was a lot of fun to do and I can't wait to do more and now this pump is a lot of fun to "play" with!
I went with Mohawk gasoline because of some "smalls" that were sent my way by Paul a couple years ago. (tbirdgas)
I've been wanting to make a display case pump and a pump that works like it used to and I did out of this one. I love looking at restored and rustomodded pumps but it's so much cooler to look at it and then go up to it and work it like it used to back in the day!
The electrical all runs through the original electrical box and switches, I just had to incorporate a new out of the box for the led light bar and the motor on bottom of the Veeder Root computer.
It runs off the original handle and reset on the side of the pump. I have a video of it working on facebook dot com/themancaveshoppe
