I sent the person an email as soon as it was listed saying it was a repro, but didn't hear anything back, big surprise, lol. As I stated in an earlier thread I posted on these when they first came out, it's more a fantasy sign IMO because originals never looked this way.
Like Matt says, original west coast plates are always black border, and they were never IR dated.....
