Unusual chrome Moon style hub caps. They have stripes/ scallops someone added.
Nice job on artistic work , but they are " Ghosts" , hard to see from distance.
There are some pits , I tried to show the worst. Shiny chrome.
I don't believe these 15" caps were ever run a car.
They came in a beat up " Shoreline" box , but the number isn't correct , so maker is unknown to me.
1960's/ 70's era ?
Difficult to photograph.
