Here is my buy it is a Hootires or Hotires sign. Yes Hood Tires with someone cutting out the D and part of the O. It was originally a two piece sign mounted on wood with a wood frame so the sign has not been cut in two just part of it cut off. Cool sign even as is in my book! The Hood Tire guy is awesome!
